Philip was born and raised in Bentonia, Mississippi. He graduated from Mississippi State University in 2010 with a B.A. in marketing then went on to earn his law degree at Mississippi College School of Law in 2013. Philip is licensed to practice in all Mississippi Federal and State Courts, as well as the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
